Agreed. It would be intuitive to at least drag the smaller thumbnails up to the larger image, and have them swap positions.
Right now, as unintuitive as it is, if you drag the larger picture down, it will rotate one of the thumbnails into the larger frame. It seems to work from left to right. And, although I haven't tested it, my guess is that if there were multiple rows of pictures, you would have to cycle through multiple images to get to the one you want enlarged.
Double clicking on any image enlarges it to full screen, but then your writing space is obscured.
Best solution to me, would be to drag any thumbnail up to the larger image, and have them swap places. Hovering to get a momentary popup to a larger image would be useful also, if I wanted to quickly check some aspect of my photo.

I see color mainly as a visual hierarchy of critical tasks. Red (with the annotation, of course) is critical. Other colors might be my visual cue for things that are moderately important, or perhaps even "nice to do, if I have time". Not a critical issue, but it did happen to cross my mind as "nice to have".

@Jamie
Thanks for that explanation. Yes, I can see that as an invaluable addition. Gets my vote!

I believe that Shaxpir has this ability. I posted a story idea on my desktop last night, and it was evident when I signed in on my laptop this morning.

Benji, is the print function yet to come? I can't figure out how to do output to either the printer or a file, either as .txt or .pdf.

Agreed. Just looking at how to format for printing....either as a file for a commercial printer, or for printing on my own. Unable to determine just how that is done, so far.

Thanks, Benji. The first drag needed to be pulled way up to the top, for some reason. Subsequent drags only needed to go about half way up the larger image, before it dropped down a bit, and allowed the next image to replace it.
Seems to be working as designed.
