Improve Customer Service
Instead of taking a few days to respond to the urgent technical needs of writers using your platform, try a faster turnaround. Respect the fact that, when one cannot access their account, we are on deadlines or are working with clients. I've been waiting for over 2 days for a response. The "Thanks, we'll be in touch!" is way too casual for such a serious matter and I don't appreciate the tone - or the fact that you do not, in fact, 'be in touch.'
