There is an ability to connect with pictures. There is an ability to connect to other parts of the document. However, I don't see any ability to connect to something like a PDF, a word document, or especially to a URL that might be critical to the story that we are writing.

Seeing a single connection between A and B might be useful to the author, but seeing all of the connections in a visual (picture) format at one time would be an immense improvement.

Is that something that is possibly on the list of future improvements? Could it be?

2 way connections. Connecting A to B will also connect B to A. Maybe a setting that user can choose between to be able to do both 1 way or 2 way connections.

No search and replace? Isn't that what all word processors do?

If I've posted reminder comments for myself such as "Rewrite this paragraph", or "check the published depth of nuclear submarines", and I happen to forget to clear those comments, or forget to perform the particular task, will I be warned that some comments are still pending when I go to print my document?

In word a user can set up macros for words used over and over again to help in editing and mid-drafting. These are great but no other drafting software offers this. It would be amazing if something like that could be added to Shaxpir. Basically the ability to search and highlight a group of words in order to cut/edit that isn't a ctl+F that only does one at a time.

I have used Final Draft, Very intuitive. I have user Scrivner, steeper learning curve, but ample how-to videos that make any task doable, I have used a number of writer tools and I have found they are not better than a basic word processor. Yours has possibilities, but I need better import export capabilities, more feature that I can use. (grammar assist, story-specify dictionary, etc) As is, I will continue the beta test, but would not pay $7.99 PER MONTH.

Duplicate writing stuff should be usefull and time-saving, e.a. lists to be used as template to develop a character or a scene

system froze, now will not go past synchronizing. Support does not answer emails, how can I save my book?

As with many projects there is often some research to be done. It would be nice to have a Research Notebook automatically included in each project type you select. The default could simply be when you select the plus symbol it adds a Note to the notebook.

I would find it useful to be able to highlight text at certain points in my story development....not necessarily for printing, but for my own recognition of something that might need additional work before publishing.

Now that I've discovered the indenting of story elements, the need to be able to resize the workspace has become evident. Some scene titles are necessarily longer, and the more that indention takes place (to further refine the story), the more that they disappear under the document body writing space.

I would like to able to make my work space larger, so that I can see all levels (and titles) of my document, which will make my workflow faster.

I see no ability to attach a screenshot here, so I hope the explanation is good enough.

It would be nice if I could specify an image to go directly under the name of each chapter, before the text starts. something to alert myself, and any future potential readers that this is indeed a new chapter. This is somewhat related to the "inserting pictures into the body text of a chapter" thread, but I felt it was worth bringing up on its own.
